Quality Data Services Inc. / Zobrio named winner for CSC Collectors Software

The CSC Board of Directors, on behalf of the Collectors Planning Committee, is pleased to announce that Quality Data Services / Zobrio are the winners of the RFP pending completion of a signed contract, for a new Collector’s software, for Current CSC Collector Tier members in good standing.

About the Companies and Software
Quality Data Services Inc. is the leading Collection software provider in the state of Connecticut, providing collection and assessing services to more than 92% of communities in that state.  Their software is scalable, and is used in the smallest to the largest of communities. What’s appealing about the Quality Data/Zobrio product is that they’re constantly investing in upgrading and improving the system. They are actively working on a new version native in the cloud/internet environment to be released in January of 2019.

Zobrio has provided municipal solutions in the state of Massachusetts since 1976. One of their flagship products – cash management – will be offered as an optional module to interested towns.  The combined expertise of Quality Data and Zobrio, in Collection software & Massachusetts municipal finance, assures us of a stellar product at highly affordable costs. An optional utility billing program is also available.
